The serum adheres to the skin to prevent moisture dissipation inside the skin for long-lasting hydration after makeup application.
To Use : After applying the makeup base and foundation, take an adequate amount using the puff and lightly dab on evenly over the entire face along the skin texture. The enclosed puff's dense and elastic texture helps to enhance the moist, fine powder's skin adherence.
