What is Jewel Orchid?

The origin of the elegant Jewel Orchid is China. It has dark green leaves and gold and silver sparkles that glitter under the light. Jewel orchid is a rosette with a 6cm diameter, and its ears are straight. It has primarily been used for medicinal purposes and has been widely used for homeopathic remedies. In the west, it has more value as a display.

Ingredients 3-(R)-3-b-D-glucopyranosyloxybutanolide and Kinsenoside were recently broken down.

Pharmacology and effects:

Because it has excellent medicinal effects and its artificial cultivation is difficult,it's scarcity value is high and is revered for its effects on cancer, hypertension, heart diseases, and diabetes.

In Taiwan, fresh and dry jewel orchids are boiled in water to treat for respiratory distress, diabetes, nephritis, fever, hypertension, impotence, liver and spleen disorders, and chest pains. It also has anti-oxidant effects.
